We're looking at some mind blowingly good chocolate for this weeks #newfoodfriday.
This is the Jaguar Crunch bar from @chocosoltraders, an award winning chocolate made from Mexican white cacao. The crunch comes from roasted red cacao nibs, adding a perfect balance to the incredibly smooth Jaguar chocolate.
This stuff may have instantly made a chocolate snob out of me...going to be really hard to go back to vending machine bars after trying this! The texture and the balance of deep flavours is incredible. You have to try it to believe it!
It goes perfectly with one of their Mayan Mocha, a coffee/chocolate blend. I opted for the 5 Chili Bomba which really adds some chili heat to the drink. Great cold weather warm up!
Aside from delicious products their business model of sustainability and giving back in the farming communities where they source their cacao is incredible.
