There are no surprises when it comes to what you’re going to find at @lebanesenutsandchocolate This new edition to the Kostas Greek Plaza at Warden and Ellesmere is something like a luxury bulk barn with bins of delicious snacks as far as the eye can see. Inside you’ll find a staggering selection of chocolates and sweets along one wall across from an equally comprehensive selection of nuts and snack mixes in their main display counter. They also sell dried fruits, coffee and a few other pantry items to round out the selection.

Some of the highlights from the nut side include a variety of mixed nuts, flavoured almonds and cashews, krikri peanuts, and trail mixes with fried bits and dried fruit. My favourite is their smoked cashews though. Nice, fresh, slightly soft and a heavy dose of smokey flavour. They keep their nuts in a warming tray of sorts to ensure their freshness so if you eat some right away they're still warm!

The chocolate side of the store gets even more interesting. One of the first things that caught my eye was their chocolate Kanafehs.

It's a mini versions of the desert dipped in chocolate and sold individually wrapped. Other options include praline pyramids, chocolate pistachio paste and all sorts of varieties of dried fruits and nuts in dark or milk chocolate.

This is the kind of place that will earn tons of repeat visits in order to try all the new items and restock on your favourites. As an added bonus its location alongside Kostas Meat Market and Bakery makes this whole plaza a convenient one stop shop for an array of items.
